I made this gelato with shredded 100% peruvian chocolate. This chocolate make it tastes super. The bitterness of the chocolate cut through the sweetness of the gelato. Nothing better on a hot summer’s day than the icy spoon full of gelato touching your lips. This Peruvian chocolate has floral notes and a mild bitterness that go very well with the caramel notes of the Dulce de leche.
Once that you have the first bite you can stop until all the magic unfolds and you finish the last bit.
